With Rainer around Lake Zell

Rainer spent 5 days on his business trip in Salzburger Land, experiencing fantastic mountain scenery, Austrian hospitality and a bright blue Lake Zell. The starting point of his tour was always the 4-star Hotel Latini. The hotel, run by the warm team around the Auer family, made him feel welcome right from the start.

Kaprun and Kitzsteinhorn

His adventure started with a bike tour to Kaprun and a breathtaking ride on the glacier cable car to the Kitzsteinhorn - all thanks to the fantastic "Zell am See - Summer Card". This card is a real highlight as it includes countless attractions and experiences such as gondola rides, museum visits and a boat trip on Lake Zell.

The drive through the beautiful mountain landscape took Rainer on to Maria Alm and Saalfelden. In the cozy Hotel Moser (Maria Alm) there was a short bike break with delicious coffee.

On Saturday evening, he experienced the impressive Zell Lake Festival, crowned by a spectacular firework display over the lake.

Krimml waterfalls and Fuschertal

The following day, the bike tour took him to the impressive Krimml Waterfalls, which are 380 meters high.

On Monday, he cycled through the picturesque Fuschertal valley to Ferleiten, where the famous Grossglockner High Alpine Road begins.

The landscape around Zell am See is a real dream for nature lovers and cyclists - majestic Alpine panoramas, impressive 3,000-metre mountains and the refreshing Lake Zell.
